Samantha Spiegel is a 26 year old residing in San Francisco, California, but she is no regular young lady.  Samantha is a survivor of child abuse and perhaps even SRA.  She has, over the years, contacted several serial killers, including Charles Manson and Richard Allen Davis.  While Ed and Samantha discuss this aspect of her life, the focus of this interview resides on her relationship with one John Mark Karr.

Karr is most famous (infamous?) for confessing to the murder of Jon Benet Ramsey.  Karr and Spiegel had a very close relationship over two years - Spiegel says they were engaged to be married.  Her contact with the (as rumored) transvestite Karr ended when he tried to get her to scout and deliver young children to Karr for insidious purposes.
